Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and distribute daily production orders using SAP and shop floor tools, and support scheduling and reconciliation.
  • •Schedule inbound appointments for raw receiving, perform yield tracking, and support inventory controls and sales volume scheduling.
  • •Review daily SOPs and forward relevant information to managers, supervisors, and load out team members; distribute load sheets and pick-up times.
  • •Provide plant administrative support by maintaining plant logs/records, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with scheduling and meetings.
  • •Manage purchasing and PO processes (requisitions, receiving/process POs, vendor follow-up) and track KPIs by compiling plant reports and analyzing trends.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (GED preferred or accepted).
  • •1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or plant support experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
  • •Experience with SAP and shop floor tools.
  • •Ability to communicate and read production documents (production orders, pick sheets, SOPs) and handle confidential information professionally.
