Support teaching and learning in the College of Theology as an Instructional Assistant in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with faculty to support classroom instruction and student engagement
•Assist with lesson preparation, grading, and classroom facilitation
•Hold weekly office hours to provide tutoring and academic support
•Reinforce course concepts through one-on-one and group assistance
•Support classroom management and proctor examinations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
•Must reside in Arizona and be available to work in person on GCU’s Main Campus
•Successfully completed coursework in Theology, Ministry, or Divinity with a grade of B or higher
•Strong communication and classroom support skills
•Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or instructional support experience preferred
