Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product vision and objective measures of success, working closely with architects and software engineering to oversee and approve product designs, enhancements, and quality.
  • •Track market trends and competitive offerings and interact directly with customers and others to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market and customer needs.
  • •Collaborate with multiple Agile product development and software engineering teams to develop and launch platform application and components.
  • •Use AI to create epics and discovery specs across the full product lifecycle from research and design through development and launch.
  • •Build and prioritize an epic- and feature-level roadmap and backlog with stakeholders and other product managers, triage customer-reported bugs and requested features, and lead agile ceremonies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline and 4 years’ product manager/product owner experience in a software development organization (or an equivalent combination such as a master’s degree with 2 years’ experience, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 12 years’ related experience without a degree).
  • •Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working competency with Agile tracking tools such as Rally or Jira.
  • •Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated use of data to inform product management decisions and prioritization.
  • •Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
