Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling and short-form video, to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while executing personal sales plans.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred), plus clienteling and data acquisition skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
