Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of closed debt and equity investments, analyzing performance and timely reporting asset quality indices to Management and Credit.
  • •Monitor equity investment value and loan risk through relationships with partners and stakeholders; develop action plans and obtain investor/credit approval.
  • •Assess and report compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit provisions, partnership terms, loan documents, benchmarks, and financial covenants; identify non-compliance risk factors.
  • •Complete timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including operating performance reviews, collection of returns and fees, and review of financial statements and tax returns.
  • •Review budgets, monitor construction and lease-up progress, evaluate capital calls, perform site inspections, and calculate tax credit amounts/capital adjustments per partnership agreement documentation.
