Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and document wireless network security infrastructure and related wired/wireless network standards.
  • •Perform weekly plugin updates and CND vulnerability assessments in the enclave using Tenable Nessus and DISA STIGs.
  • •Serve as the local Wireless Computer Network Defense (CND) expert; create device configurations and support WLAN design and 802.11 wireless surveys.
  • •Monitor network performance and enclave alerts; analyze logs (host, traffic, firewall, intrusion detection) and coordinate incident response through remediation and after-action reporting.
  • •Provide client consulting/training and internal technical guidance; coordinate with CND staff and lead a team of 3 to 5 members.
