Key Responsibilities

  • •Own shift execution: driver deployment, attendance confirmation, and fitness to operate checks.
  • •Run daily shift briefings and debriefs, including objectives, system updates, safety alerts, and policy changes.
  • •Act as primary field point of contact for drivers, handling real-time queries and operational troubleshooting.
  • •Own driver performance management: set expectations, document concerns, and escalate when performance falls short.
  • •Serve as first escalation point for on-road incidents and vehicle malfunctions; coordinate with Central Operations and complete incident/near-miss reports within SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations or fleet supervision in a related field.
  • •Proven ability to manage and motivate a frontline team in a shift-based, safety-critical environment.
  • •Strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety.
  • •Clear, confident communication in English, especially under operational pressure.
