Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of Field Security Specialists.
  • •Establish the team’s strategy, operating model, engagement criteria, coverage priorities, and customer delivery standards.
  • •Lead discovery with CISOs, security executives, engineering leaders, and practitioners to identify high-value AI-enabled security workflows.
  • •Set the quality bar for demonstrations, workshops, reference architectures, pilots, evaluations, integrations, and implementation guidance.
  • •Ensure engagements include clear success criteria, appropriate data boundaries, validated findings, safe testing, auditability, and human approval for consequential actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Have led a customer-facing technical security, cybersecurity consulting, or solutions engineering team.
  • •Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and performance-managing highly technical team members.
  • •Possess cybersecurity practitioner credibility to reason through threat models, trust boundaries, attack paths, and safe remediation.
  • •Have strong customer and commercial judgment across discovery, qualification, demonstrations, pilots, objections, adoption, and expansion.
