Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, configure, customize, and integrate observability solutions across on-prem, cloud, and edge environments using HPE OpsRamp, SolarWinds, and similar platforms.
  • •Analyze client infrastructure architecture and security standards to define fit-for-purpose monitoring solutions and develop architecture blueprints, runbooks, and SOPs.
  • •Lead onboarding, discovery, service mapping, alert correlation, and runbook automation for green-field and brown-field engagements.
  • •Own day-to-day operations of observability platforms, including high availability, performance, capacity, data accuracy, and timely upgrades/patching.
  • •Manage event-management workflows (ingestion, correlation, noise reduction, deduplication, routing) and lead RCA for complex escalated incidents; mentor L1/L2 teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of hands-on experience deploying, implementing, and operating IT monitoring/observability solutions with report building.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise with HPE OpsRamp and SolarWinds, plus experience with similar tools like ManageEngine OpManager, Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
  • •Working knowledge of broader observability/APM platforms (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk) and OpenTelemetry concepts.
  • •Proven Managed Services/NOC delivery experience with ITSM-integrated event management.
  • •Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management) and scripting for automation/integration (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
