Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the CX Delivery Coordinator and primary point of contact for assigned Retail and CPG accounts.
  • •Ensure total client satisfaction by completing CX campaign requests on time, delivering project status updates, and tracking issue resolution.
  • •Utilize, prepare, and maintain documentation related to campaign requests and project implementations for new and existing clients.
  • •Interface routinely with stakeholders (CX Sales, Delivery, Product, Client Experience, IT, and others) to support CX event campaigns and tag/sign changes.
  • •Track project issues, provide management reporting, resolve issues, and establish/maintain relationships across concerned parties while ensuring compliance with internal controls (including Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404).

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar, or 1 to 3 years related client service business experience and/or training (or equivalent education/work combination).
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for presenting to managers, clients, and associates.
  • •Diplomatic approach with challenging clients, strong attention to detail, and flexibility in a fluctuating environment.
  • •Ability to effectively use software programs including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and relevant retail/client proprietary systems.
