Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of production machines (e.g., washer, shot peen, furnace, welding/ablation, baking/detailing) and perform routine operations.
  • •Produce blades and/or vanes while performing all required quality checks.
  • •Perform daily standard work, complex operations, and adhere to standard work and work instructions.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets and blueprint specifications; measure parts and assess acceptance based on specifications.
  • •Perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), document results, maintain cleanliness using 5S, and run the equipment loop per standard work.

Key Requirements
