Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and support across legal and business needs in a rapidly growing environment.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to build efficient processes for commercial and compliance functions, including playbooks, templates, self-help workflows, and document management systems.
  • •Negotiate agreements in technology, digital health, and healthcare, including partnership agreements, data agreements, MSAs, BAAs, and technology licensing agreements.
  • •Undertake special projects and investigations to enable new business growth.
  • •Serve as a trusted legal advisor, manage outside counsel, and stay current on relevant laws and regulations to ensure sound compliance advice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of commercial/technology/IP transactional or regulatory experience, including experience in a premier law firm; in-house healthcare/medical devices/digital health experience preferred.
  • •Drafting and negotiating legal documents across varying complexity levels.
  • •Strong judgment to identify key risks, propose solutions, and mitigate risk to achieve commercial goals.
  • •Significant exposure to regulatory and contractual issues in digital health, including HIPAA, FDA, FTC, healthcare compliance, and intellectual property.
  • •JD from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed in good standing with a state bar.
