Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain and enhance procurement dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
  • •Deliver actionable insights on spend, savings, supplier performance, compliance, risk and procurement KPIs, including trend and pattern analysis.
  • •Support category managers with data collection, cleansing, validation and analysis for sourcing events, RFQs/RFPs and category strategy development.
  • •Create and maintain structured procurement and category datasets that can be refreshed and reused across sourcing initiatives using master data management principles.
  • •Support digital transformation by enabling procurement technology adoption, automating manual processes where possible, and ensuring data governance, compliance and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Power BI, Power Query and data modelling capabilities.
  • •Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures and master data management concepts.
  • •Experience designing scalable datasets and data governance frameworks.
  • •Ability to structure and normalise data from multiple sources into a unified analytical model.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
