Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
  • •Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems such as ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD.
  • •Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • •Improve platform observability and reliability, including contributions to tooling such as Datadog.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to define architecture standards and move quickly from concept to prototype to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building products in fast-paced environments.
  • •3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development experience, including ITK (C/C++), SOA services/handlers, BMIDE data modeling/customization, and Active Workspace (AWC) customization.
  • •Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • •Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • •Database experience with SQL and Oracle or SQL Server, plus strong skills in architecture, data modeling, and query optimization.
