Key Responsibilities

  • •Take hands-on ownership of and administer specific applications in the procurement tech suite, including core procurement, tail spend management, and virtual card solutions.
  • •Build deep technical knowledge to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for the team.
  • •Support the design, testing, and rollout of an emerging Agentic AI procurement ecosystem to automate complex workflows.
  • •Maintain and update procurement reporting systems and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on operational and financial performance.
  • •Support third-party risk management and supplier compliance by reviewing in-scope suppliers against global risk frameworks and escalating non-compliance.
