Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers, provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and build daily client relationships.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Assist with shipment processing, product flow, merchandising placement, replenishment excellence, and execute procedures in line with policy.

Key Requirements
