  • •Oversee cross-dock operations and participate in MBRs, carrier management, and new volume onboarding.
  • •Define global processes applicable across the globe, including communication cadence and establishing SLAs/KPIs.
  • •Manage carrier SOWs, uphold carrier expectations, and coordinate with teams when expectations are not met.
