Job Summary

Provide financial insight and support decision-making across APAC and Middle East markets. Lead and develop two Finance Analysts, manage the planning cycle (forecasts, annual plans, refreshed business plans), and deliver accurate management and regulatory reporting. Create clear performance reporting with KPIs and trends for regional leadership, using data, AI, and automation to improve efficiency. Support business cases and investment decisions with detailed analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, support and develop two Finance Analysts across APAC and Middle East activities.
•Support the planning cycle, including forecasts, annual plans and refreshed business plans.
•Produce accurate management information and regulatory reporting, including regulatory submissions.
•Create clear, easy-to-use reporting on business performance and key trends, delivering monthly KPI and management reports.
•Use data, AI and automation tools to improve reporting processes and efficiency; monitor broker incentive commission controls and provide insights for business cases and investment decisions.

Key Requirements

•Fully qualified as an accountant or working towards a qualification (specify in application).
•Essential experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
•Fluent written and spoken English.
•Experience partnering with business leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
•Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, including experience creating financial reports and management information.
