  • •Make informed liability decisions based on comprehensive evaluation of accessible information.
  • •Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with injured claimants, families, and legal and medical professionals, and coach others to develop these skills.

  • •Successfully completed structured training and built a portfolio of evidence showing technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • •Medico-legal qualifications and experience handling bodily injury claims processes across insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer service environments.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing advice and guidance and temporarily fulfilling roles such as Case Reviewer and Team Manager.
