Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key enabler of deal structuring and execution, minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue, profitability, and/or market share.
  • •Assist sales with developing deal strategies, handling non-standard deal requests, structuring complex deals, and ensuring revenue recognition requirements are managed.
  • •Develop and implement pricing strategies in partnership with product management, marketing, and field enablement teams.
  • •Drive continuous process improvements for deal desk practices.
  • •Establish metrics and processes to improve business visibility and consistency across geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years enterprise software industry experience, with Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models.
  • •Solid knowledge of software revenue recognition principles and experience managing revenue recognition requirements.
  • •Experience in contract management and strong analytical/financial modeling skills for recommendations.
  • •Proven experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments; business degree; strong MS Excel and Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
