Key Responsibilities

•Originate and lead strategic AI and business transformation opportunities valued at $25M+ TCV.
•Develop pursuit strategies and executive engagement plans for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
•Partner with consulting, solution, delivery, finance, and legal teams to craft client value propositions.
•Engage C-suite executives on business outcomes, productivity gains, operating model transformation, and AI-driven value creation.
•Structure innovative commercial models including outcome-based pricing, gainshare agreements, value-based contracts, risk-sharing models, and AI-powered transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, large-deal sales, consulting business development, technology services sales, or business transformation sales.
•5+ years of experience selling AI, data and analytics, cloud, managed services, digital transformation, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation solutions.
•3+ years of experience leading or materially contributing to complex pursuits with contract values exceeding $25M TCV.
•3+ years of experience developing and negotiating outcome-based, value-based, gainshare, risk-sharing, or consumption-based commercial agreements.
•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
