Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact and escalation for all end-to-end P2P matters, bridging internal stakeholders, suppliers, finance, sourcing, and business units.
•Resolve blocked invoices, urgent payments, GR/IR reconciliation issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
•Lead operational meetings and training sessions, provide process guidance, and maintain gatekeeping standards for procurement channels and vendor selection.
•Manage vendor and internal tickets, supplier communications, independent verifications, quarterly maintenance activities, and payment-related queries.
•Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing and/or accounts payable, with hands-on exposure to P2P systems and purchasing applications.
•University degree or equivalent higher education, with a commercial education and business-oriented mindset.
•Proven experience in customer-facing roles (2+ years) across diverse organizational structures and multiple hierarchy levels.
•In-depth knowledge of P2P functional processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, and master data management.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
