Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care to patients in their homes as a mobile phlebotomist, performing services such as phlebotomy and specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Start each day with proper supplies and PPE, use modern technology to access schedules, and coordinate sample drop-offs to labs. You’ll work with minimal supervision while delivering compassionate, patient-friendly care and maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE each day before caring for patients in their homes.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ residences.
•Perform preventative and diagnostic services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related low-acuity care.
•Collect relevant patient information, establish warm connections, and deliver services comfortably for patients.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to provide high-quality health services with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance for traveling to patient homes.
•State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus Basic Life Support certification and required national certification where applicable.
