Job Summary

Own affiliate creator growth strategy for mid-tier creators on TikTok Shop within the UK Creator Operations team. Plan and execute creator growth programs, drive campaign and brand collaboration success, and continuously optimize shoppable content performance using KPIs and analytics (including SQL). Partner cross-functionally with Category, Product, and Legal to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth, including technical troubleshooting for creators.

•Develop and execute creator growth strategies for TikTok Shop, improving creators’ e-commerce content approach and audience reach.
•Set goals, plan campaigns, identify brand collaboration opportunities, and guide content and merchandising direction.
•Monitor and analyze performance metrics for creator campaigns and shoppable content, adjusting strategy to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category, Product, Legal) to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth.
•Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy and analytical work.
