Lead hypothesis-driven analytics to translate data into insights that inform business decisions. Drive end-to-end diagnostic analyses, design/measurement of experiments, and advanced reporting using data mining and business/benchmark data. Key Responsibilities

•Lead formulation of hypotheses, translation of data, design/measurement of experiments, and generation of insights to inform business decisions using data mining techniques.
•Perform complex diagnostic analyses to answer “Why did it happen?” and determine actions the business can take.
•Drive projects end to end by prioritizing multiple efforts and managing to tight deadlines; review deliverables and coach others.
•Manage integration of activities within the team and lead business partner interactions to drive results aligned with business priorities.
•Address challenging situations and anticipate/address conflict; coach and mentor others and present holistic analyses to enable business strategy.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences (required).
•5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (required).
•3+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences (preferred).
•Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and write queries or code including complex joins.
•Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools, analytical programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Java), and working with big data and data warehouses/data supply chains.
