Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in continuous improvement and environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) activities and initiatives.
  • •Understand and deliver on individual and departmental performance goals while working with supervisors and support personnel to resolve problems.
  • •Enter and retrieve information from the operating (SAP) system for daily activities.
  • •Inspect and disposition components and modules; rework/repair, scrap, and replace/order components, modules, and LRUs as required.
  • •Assemble/disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufactured electronic accessory components, including testing and recording accept/reject data.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Experience using CMM, technical sheets, work instructions, and/or blueprints.
  • •Ability to read, speak, and understand English per FAR 65.71(a)(2) and related requirements.
  • •Ability to independently follow through on job assignments, resolving questions and problems.
  • •Meet FAR 145.155 requirements for certified repair station inspector English comprehension.
