  • •Own the product end to end: vision, discovery, prioritization, execution, and UX/design decisions, focused on adoption and autonomous performance.
  • •Understand underwriter workflows by reading submissions and building requirements and edge-case coverage to reduce friction and improve reliability.
  • •Define correctness through eval frameworks: measurements, thresholds, regression gates, and how field results roll up into claims.
  • •Set and maintain the bar for autonomy: agent reasoning, escalation/defer behavior, and how uncertainty is surfaced to earn underwriter trust.
  • •Ship fast with engineering by analyzing eval data and failing runs, prototyping with AI coding agents, and writing code when it’s the quickest path while maintaining quality.
