Key Requirements

  • •4+ years building and operating resilient backend services at scale with Kubernetes, including CAPI/EKS and zero-downtime cluster upgrades (node draining, API deprecations, PodDisruptionBudgets).
  • •Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and CI/CD orchestration with Harness (or an equivalent enterprise platform).
  • •Strong, hands-on experience with Shell, Terraform, YAML, and Go (Golang).
  • •Solid production cloud experience, ideally deep exposure to AWS (EKS/EC2/S3) or Azure equivalents (AKS/Virtual Machines/Blob Storage), plus container networking (VPC/VNet, pod IPAM, CNI).
  • •Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and streamline debugging workflows.
