Job Summary

Strategic, execution‑oriented role based in Taipei to lead Taiwan’s artist & label partnerships. You’ll manage local and global partner relations, drive music strategies, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, leverage data and insights for decision making, and advocate for the Taiwan market to grow Spotify’s content offering and artist engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact for local and global music partners in Taiwan, ensuring Spotify remains the premier platform for artist development through on‑platform and off‑platform initiatives.
•Develop and execute a holistic music strategy for Taiwan that aligns with regional business goals.
•Contribute expertise to cross‑functional music projects, building impactful artist partnerships to enable artist–fan engagement regionally and globally.
•Identify music trends and opportunities, providing cultural and musical insights with the SEA team to drive multi‑market campaigns and collaborate with internal teams (editorial, artist marketing, licensing, etc.).
•Educate and support partners in Taiwan on Spotify tools, resources, and insights to improve their daily business and partnerships.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of working experience with label and artist relations in an established digital music service, record label, media or tech company
•Deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in Taiwan with contacts to labels and artists
•Strong storytelling and public speaking skills with ability to prepare and deliver executive level presentations and secure stakeholder buy‑in
•Proven ability to leverage data and audience insights to support strategic decisions and build clear narratives
•Excellent organizational, planning, and attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines and navigate changing priorities
