Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers across North America in the technical sales internship program.
  • •Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers to learn the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Attend sales meetings and accompany mentors on sales and service calls and customer meetings.
  • •Understand the end-to-end steps sales engineers take from start to finish and apply them hands-on during the internship.
  • •Develop technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills throughout the 12-week program.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (any engineering emphasis) throughout the internship, having completed at least sophomore/2nd year before it starts.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with proof of insurance and no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified offenses) in the previous 3 years.
  • •Travel within defined geography of less than 15%.
  • •A 12-week summer internship program; candidates may be remote or require hybrid/onsite assignment at one of the company’s North America facilities.
