Job Summary

Join RTX as a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer on onsite 1st shift to maintain and repair semiconductor processing tools (Die Visual, Singulate, metrology systems). You will troubleshoot electrical and electro‑mechanical systems, support the Emergency Response Team, and help implement SPC-driven maintenance in a cleanroom environment, with opportunities to expand equipment scope over time.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
•Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
•Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
•Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Die Visual and Singulate equipment tool sets including saws, automated defect systems, and metrology tools.
•Document work and provide detailed pass down.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 57,200 - 108,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.
•Familiar with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards and reading equipment manuals/schematics.
•Have a fundamental knowledge of SPC controls and the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing equipment and new equipment installations.
•Able to document work and provide detailed pass down.
