Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-touch trading advisory and high-touch trade execution services to HNW and high-value, frequent-trading brokerage clients.
  • •Deliver financial and non-financial performance objectives set by the Company.
  • •Provide IS&A insights, market commentary, and analysis as appropriate, aligned with internal standards and applicable regulatory and conduct requirements.
  • •Perform CDD and EDD in accordance with policy, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to refer clients to other HSBC products and services.
  • •Expand the client base and drive business development through internal collaboration; work shifts including coverage on public holidays and support the Team Head with ad-hoc duties.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree qualified, preferably in business administration or finance.
  • •Hold SFC Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 licences.
  • •Solid experience in securities and/or hotline customer services.
  • •Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities.
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
