Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Support store operations across POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
  • •Demonstrate a team-first approach and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
