Key Responsibilities

  • •Contributes to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat. Solves technical and process problems within own focus areas structurally (several modules). Analyses problems of products and processes.
  • •Manages New Product Introduction by applying knowledge in product or process development projects; foresees production problems in the design phase and improves the manufacturability of the product. Is actively involved in the release for volume takeover from D&E to Manufacturing.
  • •Collects and evaluates data and contributes to or produces partial designs. Understands engineering problems related to own tasks and proposes different solutions to choose from, in an environment with some technical uncertainties. Works independently on diagnostics and maintenance.
  • •Maintains, validates, provides up-to-date procedures, processes (work preparation) and blueprints/sequences for Factory execution.
  • •Analyzes the production process, points out structural problems and bottlenecks, work out suggestions for improvements and initiates their implementation. Continuously adapt, optimize operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics) or Master degree in a technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)
  • •Solid experience in a technical production or equivalent working and thinking level
  • •Experienced in a technical domain
