Job Summary

Lead global industrial engineering standardization for warehouse sizing, storage utilization, labor planning, productivity measurement, and capacity forecasting. Build scalable analytical models to support capacity, labor forecasting, productivity, and network growth scenarios, and evaluate warehouse expansion and automation proposals with business case/ROI analysis. Drive continuous improvement and partner across Operations, Planning, Network Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver decision support tools and dashboards using Tableau, Celonis, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead global Industrial Engineering standardization for warehouse sizing, storage utilization, labor planning, productivity measurement, and capacity forecasting.
•Develop and maintain analytical models for capacity planning, labor forecasting, productivity management, storage optimization, and network growth scenarios.
•Evaluate warehouse expansion and automation opportunities, including layout optimization, racking conversions, storage improvements, and new site assessments; quantify benefits and ROI.
•Integrate data from Planning, Operations, Network Operations, and other functions to create end-to-end datasets for modeling and decision support.
•Partner with reporting teams to translate models into dashboards and reporting solutions, using platforms such as Tableau, Celonis, and Power BI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, data analytics, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
•Strong experience in labor management, productivity analysis, capacity planning, facility layout design, and process optimization.
•Proven analytical and quantitative skills developing business cases and ROI analyses.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as JMP, with working knowledge of SQL and BI platforms (Tableau, Celonis, or Power BI).
