Key Responsibilities

  • •Deeply understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
  • •Develop efficient hiring processes while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and meeting hiring goals.
  • •Manage the end-to-end recruiting full cycle, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding.
  • •Work with country and business unit leaders and local operations teams to understand and apply local best practices.
  • •Develop SOPs and best practices to improve recruiting processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • •In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with employees across levels.
  • •Self-starter with a result-oriented, resourceful, innovative mindset and initiative.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin for interactions with internal and external stakeholders in English- and Mandarin-speaking markets.
