Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional and global tender opportunities as a Bid Manager, coordinating stakeholders and driving bids through completion.
  • •Develop competitive, profitable responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for Global Key Accounts.
  • •Facilitate and manage the Tender Management process with clear timelines, responsibilities, and governance across the bid lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and review pricing proposals in collaboration with Product, Commercial, and Operations to deliver commercially attractive and operationally viable solutions.
  • •Monitor tender performance via bid tracking, post-bid reviews, and lessons learned; guide regional and country tender teams to ensure process compliance.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in tender management, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or a related commercial environment with strong knowledge of global forwarding operations.
  • •Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, including interpreting tender requirements, developing pricing strategies, and creating customer-focused solutions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to work with data and present insights clearly.
  • •Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50% across the region; German, Czech, or Polish are advantageous.
