Job Summary

Supervise end-to-end logistics for the e-commerce channel, coordinating warehousing, distribution, transportation, and product delivery to ensure operational efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization. Manage logistics and parcel providers by negotiating rates, monitoring SLAs, and defining delivery strategies. Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery confirmation, analyze logistics KPIs and inventory, and lead returns and reverse logistics to support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise end-to-end logistics operations for the e-commerce channel, coordinating storage, distribution, transportation, and product delivery to ensure efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization.
•Manage and develop relationships with logistics and parcel providers, negotiating rates, monitoring SLAs, and defining delivery strategies that support a competitive customer experience.
•Administer the logistics process end to end, from order receipt to delivery confirmation, coordinating internal and external areas to meet established timelines.
•Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, inventory, and operational issues, generating information for decision-making, stock control, and continuous improvement.
•Lead returns management and reverse logistics by resolving incidents and participating in innovation and process optimization initiatives to drive profitability and digital channel growth.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics and end-to-end operations management, coordinating processes in distribution centers.
•Ability to manage logistics and parcel providers, including negotiations, follow-up, and performance evaluation.
•Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems (SAP, WMS, or similar), including stock control, reconciliations, inventory analysis, and operational monitoring.
•Desirable: English for working with global teams and providers.
•Desirable: experience in retail, eCommerce, or industries with a strong logistics component.
