Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned federal projects and task orders from initiation through completion, supporting federal clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, and the U.S. Air Force.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and technical project teams and provide day-to-day direction to project staff, technical leads, and subcontractors.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk registers; monitor progress to contractual deliverables and milestones.
  • •Track and analyze project financials including budgets, expenditures, forecasts, invoicing, cash flow, and accounts receivable; identify variances and coordinate updates with project controls and finance.
  • •Support contract administration, change management, documentation, design reviews, and compliance with federal requirements, contractual obligations, quality procedures, and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field plus at least eight years of relevant project management or project delivery experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •A valid driver’s license is required.
  • •Experience supporting or managing architectural, engineering, environmental, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality against contractual requirements, and managing multiple priorities.
