Technical Project Manager / Construction Manager (Principal Delivery)

Lead office fit-out projects from concept through handover by building project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases. Oversee site mobilization, daily activities, quality inspections, and HSSE compliance with statutory codes. Manage multiple trade contractors, prepare tender/bid documents, and deliver weekly progress reporting. Interpret architectural, M&E, and fit-out drawings, manage stakeholder communications, and resolve risks and site issues to keep delivery aligned.
