Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform—from resident-facing interfaces to scalable backend services for government workflows.
  • •Collaborate closely with teammates to translate customer needs into high-impact product functionality.
  • •Take ownership of product areas end-to-end, ensuring features are reliable, maintainable, and performant in real-world government environments.
  • •Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices to strengthen team velocity.
  • •Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly, improving resident experiences and government efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of full-stack development experience building applications for enterprises and/or consumers
