Senior Relationship Manager- Relationship Based Finance Business Banking

Develop and manage relationships with SME clients to support their banking needs, enhance service, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Handle credit responsibilities end-to-end, including preparing credit applications, analyzing working capital and financial health, validating collateral, initiating loan disbursements, and monitoring credit performance. Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular meetings and site visits while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely transaction turnaround and recover dues.
