Key Responsibilities

•Own global paid channel strategy for B2B audiences across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other channels including planning, forecasting, budget pacing, audience design, and performance management.
•Build and optimize acquisition programs across self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted motions, adapting strategy to segment, use case, buyer, and funnel stage.
•Partner with Sales and GTM to align campaigns with revenue priorities, product launches, solution plays, account segments, and regional opportunities.
•Optimize full-funnel performance from demand capture through activation, pipeline, conversion, expansion, and long-term customer value.
•Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement, translating results into scalable playbooks and building AI-enabled creative, targeting, reporting, and optimization workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 239,000 - 342,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience in high-growth technology or subscription businesses.
•6+ years of hands-on experience leading paid marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate at both strategic and operational levels.
•Track record launching, scaling, and optimizing B2B paid programs with clear impact on qualified demand, pipeline, or revenue.
•Experience marketing across self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted journeys and adapting programs for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
•Strong analytical and measurement skills across experimentation, incrementality, attribution, lead/account quality, pipeline, and unit economics.
