Job Summary

Telecommunications Analyst supporting Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) operations for U.S. Naval Forces Central Command. Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and integration of DRSN equipment, with 24/7 on-call support, documentation, and secure communications proficiency in a TS/SCI environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DRSN equipment and hardware/software.
•Ensure reliability and availability of secure communications systems.
•Perform preventive maintenance including replacement of circuit cards or major sub-assemblies.
•Perform software upgrades and ensure operations/maintenance are in line with DISA/DRSN guides and manuals.
•Install, configure, and integrate new DRSN equipment and cryptographic devices while ensuring security and operational compliance.
•Maintain detailed logs and weekly activity reports; create and maintain network diagrams and configurations.
•Provide 24/7 on-call support and be available after normal working hours.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 78,200 - 105,800 annually
