Key Responsibilities

•Operate dock stocker and high reach forklifts to safely unload shipments and transport products to warehouse storage areas.
•Process pick tickets, perform full pallet picking, and shuttle pallets for final order processing using scanners and computers.
•Use management software systems and label printers; read work orders or instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
•Perform physical tasks safely, including lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
•Maintain a clean, debris-free, safe work area and support cross-training in other distribution center functions as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent required; 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

•Ability to understand daily goals and maximize warehouse capacity with knowledge of forklift safety regulations and procedures.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
