Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment plans for assigned product lines.
  • •Monitor KPIs such as inventory performance, customer service (fill rate), supplier performance, and supply chain costs; implement corrective action plans.
  • •Maintain replenishment system parameters related to inventory replenishment and load building.
  • •Provide proactive communication of variances to plan/goal to immediate Manager, Sales, and Product Management.
  • •Improve replenishment processes and coordinate with suppliers, internal customers, Logistics, and Product Management to control logistics and ordering costs impacting margin.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5+ years of supply planning or related experience preferred (with BS/BA), or 2-4 years with MS/MA/MBA.
  • •Working knowledge of supply chain fundamentals with an emphasis on supply planning.
  • •Strong technical skills for data mining/querying and database/data warehouse applications.
  • •Process improvement experience, with strong collaboration, planning/organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools/technology.
