Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day credentialing and recredentialing to support regulatory compliance, provider onboarding, and program readiness.
  • •Collaborate with providers, internal credentialing teams, quality staff, and operational leadership to ensure applications and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • •Perform primary source verification (PSV), validate licensure and certifications, and prepare files for committee review.
  • •Maintain meticulous provider records and drive accurate credentialing outcomes through rigorous review and documentation best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •2+ years of healthcare credentialing experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of initial credentialing, recredentialing, primary source verification (PSV), and credentialing documentation requirements.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance standards (CMS, NCQA) and provider onboarding workflows.
  • •Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with providers and internal teams.
