Lead and coach on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet store sales targets. •Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach values and help increase brand awareness.
•Drive implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations.
•Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actions to enhance store performance and team development.
•Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, training, and provide feedback and guidance to hold the team accountable; provide HR and conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent.

•Lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally), and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
•Enforce company and store policies and provide feedback and guidance to improve performance and hold the team accountable.
