Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist in store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
  • •Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Demonstrate a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
