Job Summary

Install custom home organization systems for Closet America customers in the greater Philadelphia area. You’ll start each day with a vehicle/material pre-check, then install closet systems by following proven processes and quality standards while working safely and neatly in customers’ homes. The role includes communicating with the team and homeowners, cleaning up after installation, and completing final paperwork and payment collection. On-the-job and classroom training is provided to grow from Helper to full Installer.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform a daily pre-check of your van and materials before starting work.
•Install custom organization systems in customers’ homes using Closet America processes and quality standards.
•Work safely and neatly while protecting customers’ homes.
•Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day.
•Complete final cleanup, review the finished product with the homeowner, and handle final paperwork/payment as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license required.
