Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a daily pre-check of your van and materials before starting work.
  • •Install custom organization systems in customers’ homes using Closet America processes and quality standards.
  • •Work safely and neatly while protecting customers’ homes.
  • •Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day.
  • •Complete final cleanup, review the finished product with the homeowner, and handle final paperwork/payment as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required.
  • •Woodworking or finish carpentry experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies.
  • •Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
  • •Attention to detail (measure and install to the millimeter) and willingness to work at least two weekends per month.
